Yoga is an ancient practice that has been used to relieve stress and enhance relaxation for thousands of years. This has lead to a lot of debate about the benefits of yoga in weight loss. Different types of yoga have different effects on body weight and metabolism, so it can be a little confusing what type you should choose.

I’ve compiled this list of reasons why people choose to practise yoga and I hope this will help you decide if yoga is right for you or not. So, here we go…. 1. It’s Good For Your Body: The main reason people choose to do yoga is because they think it’s good for their body. If someone tells me they practice yoga regularly because they think it’s the best thing for their body (especially if I tell them “no”), I’m going to start thinking about whether or not this is true. I may also consider whether or not I want my body to be the same way after a certain amount of time (or if there are more benefits).
