What is Yoga?

Yoga is a traditional Indian practice of postures and breathing exercises, usually performed for health and spiritual benefits. Yoga can be done at home or in a group setting. Yoga is a great way to get fit, enjoy life and improve your posture in addition to losing weight. It can even help you lose weight if you use it for the right reason (don’t let your mind wander!).
In this post, I’m going to share with you my favourite yoga videos, what works best for me and why. If you’re interested in trying yoga but don’t necessarily want to spend a whole lot of money on it or you don’t know anyone who has tried yoga before–or if you’ve tried yoga only once or twice — then this video series will be just the ticket!
