Which style can help them build strong foundation in yoga and gradually prepare physically and mentally for more intense yoga poses?
The answer to all such questions is Hatha yoga, the style which is taught at Yoga Stair in Rishikesh, India. We are very thankful to Swami Swatamarama who developed hatha yoga in fifteenth century in India. He not only developed but also taught it to his followers. These followers later became masters and set up yoga ashrams to keep teaching yoga.
Yoga Stair is also established in this way by a group of Hatha yoga experts. The teaching panel is also comprised of yoga masters who know how to transfer the yogic skills and wisdom to the yoga beginners.
The yoga beginners easily adapt to easy yoga poses with slow paced moves and meditation techniques of Hatha yoga. One can easily master the Hatha yoga by completing 200 hours yoga teacher training in hatha yoga at Yoga Stair.
